Pale Pastels

Enjoyed pale pastels in a simple table setting the other day. I brought these pink Arabia Koko dishes from Finland last summer. Napkins were a Christmas gift from my Mom, they are from Pentik! 🙂

Friday is here and we are so close to take off to our vacay! I haven’t started packing yet but I’m gonna start today no matter what!!! I went to the mall yesterday to quickly look what I could find and I got one dress from American Eagle. 🙂 To be honest I was too tired to make any decisions 😀 One dress was all I could handle right now! haha.. Well, I’m gonna be in my bikinis most of the time anyways, who needs clothes 😀

I don’t know how good the Internet is going to be where we are going. But I’m trying to give updates through my Instagram! I have so many things to do today so I’m keeping it short! Wishing you wonderful weekend!

Weekend in Seattle

posted in: Spring, Traveling | 2

We spent our last weekend in Seattle celebrating Valentine’s Day. We had so much fun roaming around the town and I can’t wait to go back in the near future! Seattle is always so much fun, I just love the whole atmosphere there! Weather wasn’t the best this time around but we got some breaks from the rain! We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel right on Pine street, downtown Seattle which was great. Previously we have stayed a couple of blocks away from the downtown core, but this was way better! Everything was in the walking distance and the Hotel itself and the room with a view was amazing! Definitely staying there again!

Here’s a couple of random pictures.

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas

posted in: Shopping, Spring, Uncategorized | 0

Good Morning! Well morning to me – today I slept in and I’m just about to have my second cup of coffee. x)  It’s the last day of January and it means that Valentine’s day is around the corner! Do you have Valentine’s day traditions? Go out to dinner with friends, receive or give flowers, exchange gifts etc? We have some traditions, most of them are surprises from my husband 😀 but every year is different. Last year we spent our Valentine’s day in the States and it was wonderful. It was the first time we took our puppy with us across the border so it was our first trip outside the country as whole family 😀 Haha. Also they get the spring way earlier than we do. I almost couldn’t believe my eyes how early it starts when you go little further down from Seattle. But this all got me thinking if we would do the same thing this year? Or even just a weekend getaway somewhere here. Hmm.. Anyways. I made a little Valentine’s day gift idea list in case you are planning to get a gift to someone or you need to give a hint to somebody. 😉 I made one for the guys too.

About Time…

Honestly, it was probably the Easter time when I last set the table! Yeah, it’s been awhile… 😀

A pretty simple table setting this time. My Peonies are still rocking in the pictures but not so much in real life! 😀 I’m glad they sticked with me through the table setting. I probably mentioned keeping them in the fridge time to time. I don’t know if it’s good for them but in this case it worked!
